THE MAIN IDEA

There is one children anecdote:

HOW TO JOIN IN THE PLAY?

You should write a letter where you ask questions and tell about yourself. It had better write a letter in the language of the country you correspond with. If you don't know the language, write in english. The first letters will find their addressee by chance, later on the letters could be sent to exact addressee by chance, later on the letters could be sent to exact addresses.
